2. Return Process

  • Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely package the item and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

  • Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: Certain situations may result in only partial refunds, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
